1. Brand & Ownership
Mr. Mawaa is a proprietary brand of Anant International, registered in Madhya Pradesh, India. All trademarks, recipes, imagery, and packaging designs are the intellectual property of Anant International.
2. Product Freshness & Authenticity
All products are 100% vegetarian, manufactured under FSSAI standards, and packed in airtight food-grade packaging. Natural settling may occur during courier transit.
3. Custom Wedding Orders
For bespoke wedding cones with custom Bride & Groom names, digital mockups are shared via WhatsApp for buyer approval. Once printed, custom orders cannot be cancelled.
4. Governing Jurisdiction
Any disputes or legal proceedings arising out of transactions with Mr. Mawaa are subject exclusively to the courts of competent jurisdiction in Madhya Pradesh, India.
